The ground floor level includes completely equipped modern kitchen followed by a dining room and a living room with the exit to the terrace in the yard. On the other side of the ground level there is a large en suite bedroom with double bed. There is also a toilet on the ground level. Living room is separated from the exterior by big glass panels that enable Mediterranean light to enter while connecting the interior with the exterior of the villa where a large pool with deck chairs and garden furniture is located, providing you with an excellent chance for refreshment in the privacy of the villa.
