The villa has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, with dining and living room and toilet. From the living room, you go out into the yard. Large glass walls let in large quantities of light that illuminate the entire interior, and through them, you are connected to the outside of the villa, which houses a large swimming pool equipped with deck chairs and garden furniture. In the garden and by the pool you can refresh and enjoy the peace and privacy of the villa.

Upstairs there are three comfortable bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms: the master bedroom with separate wardrobe and loggia and two more bedrooms, one of which also has its loggia.
