The villa consists of a ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, to which the dining room and living room continue, which leads to the patio of the house. Within this floor, there is a toilet. A bedroom with a double bed is also located on this floor. The living room is separated by large glass walls that allow Mediterranean light to cover the entire interior and connects you to the outside of the villa, which features a large swimming pool equipped with deck chairs and garden furniture. Here you can freshen up and relax in the peace and privacy of the garden.

Upstairs there are other rooms, ie three comfortable bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a separate wardrobe and a large loggia.
