The ground floor level includes completely equipped modern kitchen followed by a dining room and a living room with the exit to the terrace in the yard. There is also a toilet on the ground level. B Living room is separated from the exterior by big glass panels through which warm Mediterranean sunlight enters. From there we exit to the outside area where a large pool with deck chairs and garden furniture is located, providing you with an excellent chance for refreshment in the privacy of the villa. Right next to the pool a tropical garden is placed that creates a green oasis in a combination with the rest of the villa exterior.

On the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms with double beds: en suite master bedroom with a loggia, plus two more comfortable bedrooms. There is also an additional bathroom as well on this floor.
